This is the death penalty in The philipines.

We are for death penalty. If there is death penalty, it makes people think twice before the decide to commit a crime. For example, Case Eddings V. Oklahoma, what happens here is a boy commits a murder. So the judge sent the boy to death. This proved our point because the boy didn’t think twice and now he’s in death penalty. This case clearly shows that death penalty should be allowed.

If the person just goes to jail the come out would forget. Then would do more crimes that will effect other people. In conclusion, the states should keep the death penalty open to face the people who keeps on doing crimes.

this what happens when you do something wrong

We are for Death Penalty. There should be death penalty because it will let the people know there’s penalty for death if you do something wrong. This will make them think twice before making making the crime ( EX: murder). Crimes can kill the people (death penalty). Plus the population will decrease in the United States if we don’t have death penalty. In conclusion, the death penalty should be allowed.

The 8th amendment is about is about protecting people  from unusual punishments. Death penalty  means: excessive bail shall not be required, nor cruel or unusual punishment inflicted. I think the 8th amendment means to  protect  the victim from  cruel or unusual punishment that’s given by the judge. The 8th amendment was created  because, if you did something that’s like very serious crime, for example somebody killed someone and the judge has to look at his past record and has to have enough evidence in order to take him to death penalty.
